Power outages occur in three Ukrainian oblasts due to Russian strikes
Power outages have occurred in Odesa, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts due to Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure facilities.

Quote: "As of this morning, blackouts are affecting over 60,000 consumers in Donetsk Oblast, more than 51,000 in Odesa Oblast and 1,600 consumers in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast due to attacks on energy infrastructure."
