Russia strikes energy facility in Odesa Oblast: power and heating supply disrupted

A combined missile and drone attack on Odesa Oblast damaged an energy facility on the night of 5-6 December.

Quote: "The enemy struck civilian infrastructure in Odesa Oblast again on the night of 5-6 December. Despite an active response by air defence forces, an energy facility was damaged, without causing any further fires."

Details: Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.

Power and heating supply interruptions were recorded. Specialist personnel are working to restore services.

Critical infrastructure has been switched to generators. Nine invincibility centres have been deployed to assist the population. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]
