Details: Zelenskyy noted that this week Russia has used nearly 1,500 attack drones, 1,170 guided aerial bombs and over 70 missiles of various types against Ukraine, striking ordinary residential buildings, civilian infrastructure and energy facilities.

Quote: "It is clear that Moscow aims to inflict harm primarily on our people. That is why we are actively working to ensure reliable support for our energy sector this winter. We already have concrete agreements with our partners. Through contributions to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund or by providing the necessary equipment, the United States, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Spain and the European Commission are already supporting us."
