Woman suffers head trauma in South Bay electric scooter crash
A 24-year-old woman was seriously injured after losing control of an electric scooter in the San Ysidro neighborhood, suffering a brain bleed, head lacerations and abrasions to her arms, but authorities say they are considered non-life-threatening.
