Winner drawn for $650K St. Jude 'Dream Home'
ST CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — The winner of the St. Jude Dream Home was drawn Thursday morning. FOX 2’s Ty Hawkins was broadcasting live from Kingsbarns Court in Dardenne Prairie while many eagerly awaited the drawings.
New Haven’s Sarah Elkins was picked in the Dream Home drawing. Other names were drawn for prizes, including a Grilla 4-piece outdoor kitchen set, a 2025 Honda, an Aquatic Spas hot tub, and more.
The Dream Home was built by Fischer Homes in partnership with the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The estimated 3,261 square foot home features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms at an estimated value of $650,000.
A total of 17,500 tickets were sold for $100 each, offering people a chance to win this home and other prizes. The $1.75 million raised will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis and ensure no family ever receives a bill after treatment.
