Vista Mayor Franklin opposes 'sanctuary city' designation
The Vista City Council voted 3-2 to move forward with plans to make Vista a "sanctuary city." Mayor John Franklin joined Good Morning San Diego to discuss his opposition of the plan and to warn of unintended consequences of supporting it.
