Video of junior lifeguards in waters under bacteria advisory raises questions
San Diego County has issued an advisory for parts of Mission Bay due to bacteria levels exceeding state health standards, and in response, San Diego Fire-Rescue & Lifeguards PIO has relocated all San Diego Junior Lifeguard water activities until further notice.
