Vegetation fire in Torrey Highlands contained
SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Crews responded to a vegetation fire in northern San Diego's Torrey Highlands neighborhood on Friday, fire officials confirmed.

The blaze was first reported around 11:15 a.m. in the 113000 block of Carmel Valley Road. According to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department (SDFD), the burning area was at 4 acres shortly before noon.
In an update around 1:20 p.m., fire officials said crews managed resources and were able to extinguish the blaze, which is now 100% contained.
No evacuation orders were made and no structures were threatened.
