Details: The facility is located more than 2,000 km from Ukraine's state border.

The General Staff noted that the refinery is one of the largest oil-refining plants in Western Siberia, with an annual capacity of around 7.5-9 million tonnes of crude oil. The facility produces diesel fuel, petrol and other petroleum products, including supplies for Russian forces.

The General Staff also reported that the port of Kavkaz in Russia's Krasnodar Krai was struck on the night of 20-21 June. A fire at the port has been confirmed.

Ukrainian forces also struck a railway bridge over the North Crimean Canal near Rozdolne, a railway bridge near Petershagen in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and a railway bridge over the Syvash near Chonhar.

Background: President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported strikes on targets in Russia's Krasnodar Krai and in occupied Kerch.
