- After talks with representatives of Trump's team, Yuri Ushakov, an aide to Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin, said that no compromise version of a plan to end the war in Ukraine has been found so far.
- NATO intelligence does not indicate that Putin is ready for a peace agreement.
- Meanwhile, NATO is convinced that Putin is bluffing when he claims that Russia is ready to fight Europe.
