Russian forces have attacked a high-rise residential building in Kherson, killing two people and injuring nine.

Quote: "Russian forces continue to attack Kherson. Apartments in a high-rise residential building in one of the city's districts caught fire and large blazes broke out as a result of enemy drone strikes.
Emergency services worked in extremely difficult conditions under the constant threat of further strikes."
Details: After one of the follow-up attacks, emergency workers administered first aid to civilians and handed them over to police officers for further evacuation to medical facilities.
