Trump ready to bomb Iran again if necessary

US President Donald Trump has stated that he would "absolutely" order another strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities if he deemed it necessary.

Details: Asked whether he would consider bombing Iran if US intelligence detected signs of uranium enrichment, Trump replied: "Sure, without question, absolutely."

He said he does not believe Iran could "go back into nuclear anytime soon" following US strikes on its nuclear facilities last Saturday.

• Earlier, Trump announced that a meeting will take place between US and Iranian representatives next week, emphasising that he no longer considers it necessary to sign any agreement regarding Iran’s nuclear programme.
• CNN previously reported that Trump’s team is discussing offering Iran up to US$30 billion as part of the negotiations.
