Tijuana River sewage treatment resumes following heavy rain
Wastewater pumps at the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant in San Diego have resumed operation after heavy rainfall caused them to be suspended, and beachgoers are advised to check for water advisories and closures before entering the water.
