This St. Louis spot serves Missouri's 'tastiest nachos,' food writers say

ST. LOUIS - Loaded with cheese, piled with toppings or drizzled in sauce, nachos can be just about anything you want them to be. Whether for a quick snack, a full-on meal or something in between, making the best nachos, by no means, is an easy task.

A research team at LoveFood.com recently compiled a list naming the "tastiest nachos in every US state." Their selections were based on reviews, awards, and accolades, in addition to the first-hand experience of their food-writing team.

According to LoveFood.com, Missouri's tastiest nachos are served at Seoul Taco in St. Louis.

Seoul Taco has grown from a local Korean-Mexican food startup in 2011 to a fast-casual chain with several locations across the St. Louis and Chicago metro areas. Founded by entrepreneur David Choi, the concept began with Korean street tacos before expanding into other Mexican-inspired favorites like nachos, all with a fresh, creative twist.

Seoul Taco's nachos typically include corn tortilla chips, queso blanco, green onions, sesame seeds, kimchi and sour cream. They're made to order and customizable with a variety of meats.

LoveFood.com offers the following review on Seoul Taco and its nachos:

"Seoul Taco blends Mexican and Korean cuisines with delicious results. Their nachos are topped with queso blanco, green onion, roasted sesame seeds, kimchi, and sour cream. Customers say the flavors complement each other perfectly. The restaurant has three locations in St Louis, plus a food truck making stops around town. There are outposts in Chicago and Columbia, too."

Seoul Taco has five locations in the St. Louis metropolitan area, including The Grove, Delmar Loop, Chesterfield, Crestwood and Kirkwood. There are also four locations in the Chicagoland. For a list of locations, click here.
