Suspect arrested after high-speed pursuit through downtown San Diego
A suspect believed to be armed was taken into custody after leading police on a high-speed pursuit from Miramar to downtown San Diego and National City, during which he drove the wrong way on Fifth Avenue and drove without headlights.
