State Sen. Brian Jones and the CA Elderly Parole Program
California Senate Minority Leader Brian Jones introduced legislation to fix the states elderly parole program. Jones' bill will reverse SB 356 that allows violent criminals to get out of prison based on age. Senate Jones joined "Good Morning San Diego" Wednesday to frame the debate.
