St. Louis Police Board approves pay increase for commanders
Tensions between St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer and police commissioners appointed by Governor Mike Kehoe were visible during Wednesday’s St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners meeting. Spencer was the lone objector to a 4-1 vote approving double-digit pay increases for police commanders.
