St. Louis County Animal Shelter adoption bill debate continues
St. Louis County Executive Dr. Sam Page vetoed Bill 82 last week, urging county council members not to override the legislation. The bill would require council approval before the St. Louis County Animal Shelter could hold emergency fee-waived adoption events during overcrowding situations.
