St. Charles Co. pledging $29M for city hall in infrastructure deal
St. Charles City and St. Charles County have entered into a trade agreement involving the city's City Hall, in which the county will provide the city with over 29 million dollars for road work, public streets, and building exterior upgrades, in exchange for acquiring the City Hall building.
