Spot afternoon showers Tuesday as warm-up continues
ST. LOUIS - Watching for some spots of fog this Tuesday morning; otherwise, it is a quiet start.
Warmer and more humid conditions continue to gradually build back into the St. Louis region this week. Tuesday will bring one more day with highs in the mid-80s before we get back close to 90 F for the rest of the week.
Dew points are rising as well, meaning that the next few days will feel more humid. So, goodbye taste of Fall.
Tuesday afternoon will again bring the chance for some very spotty showers and thunderstorms, especially from St. Louis east to Illinois. Most will stay dry and any shower activity will fade as the sun goes down. The rest of the week looks dry.
Watching for a cold front and some rain to go along with it early next week.
