Shooter in Collinsville murder-for-hire plot to be sentenced Thursday
Gary Johnson, 46, was found guilty of first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon for his role in a murder-for-hire plot that left Portia Rowland dead in Jan. 2025, and is set to be sentenced Thursday morning.
