Sexually violent predator to be released in Borrego Springs, public advised to comment
The San Diego County Sheriff's Office announced that a Sexually Violent Predator, Gary Snavely, has been ordered a conditional release and will be placed in the Borrego Springs community, with public comments being accepted between April 11 and April 24.
