Russian forces struck a disused industrial facility in Rivne Oblast and attacked the city of Dnipro on 31 May. Fires broke out at the sites of the attacks.

Details: Koval reported that Rivne Oblast came under a Russian aerial attack on 31 May.

He said that a disused industrial facility was targeted: "Early reports indicate that no people were injured. All the appropriate services are working at the scene."

Photos and videos circulating online showed a fire and a large column of smoke rising after the Russian attack.

Hanzha also reported on 31 May that the Russians had struck Dnipro.

He said that a fire broke out following the attack. Photos and videos circulating on social media show thick smoke and flames.

Ukraine's Air Force had warned of the threat posed by drones and ballistic missiles.
