Quote: "The enemy is bogged down in urban combat for Pokrovsk and is currently unable to seize the city by force.

The enemy is therefore trying to step up propaganda and disinformation, peddling fabricated stories about the alleged 'capture of Pokrovsk', both openly and covertly.

The situation on our sector of the front remains difficult. The enemy is conducting intense assaults on the northern part of Pokrovsk. Our troops continue to carry out their tasks to defend the city, holding back the advance of Russian forces."

Details: The Air Assault Forces said that in some areas the Russians are trying to operate near logistics routes.

It has been reported that "in these areas, the enemy is being killed faster than it can move".

The Air Assault Forces added that although logistics remain under severe strain, supply routes are still functioning.

Quote: "Work on expanding the logistics corridors is ongoing."

More details: They also said that despite intense fighting, the defence forces around Myrnohrad have managed to carry out several troop rotations over the past week.

Various components of Ukraine's defence forces continue to be involved in the defence of the Pokrovsk agglomeration, including the Air Assault Forces, assault units, Unmanned Systems Forces, Special Operations Forces, Security Service of Ukraine, National Guard and National Police.
