Russian forces attack elderly cyclist in Kherson
An elderly man has been injured in a Russian drone attack on the city of Kherson early in the morning on 23 March.

Quote: "Russian forces attacked the Korabelnyi district of Kherson with a drone at about 06:10. They targeted a 75-year-old man who was riding a bicycle. He has suffered blast injuries and an injury to his arm."
Details: The man has been taken to hospital in a moderate condition.
