Russia hits Kharkiv with drones several times, killing woman and injuring seven people

Russian forces have hit Kharkiv with attack drones several times. The Kholodnohirskiy and Osnovianskiy districts of the city were struck, one person was killed and seven others injured.

Details: Syniehubov said that Russian forces struck the Kholodnohirskiy and Osnovianskiy districts of Kharkiv. Fires broke out at the sites of impact. A shed and two vehicles were also damaged.

Quote: "Five people have been injured as a result of the morning strike on the city."

Update: The head of the oblast military administration later reported that six people had sought medical assistance following the Russian strike on Kharkiv.

Quote: "Four of those injured – men aged 18, 66, and 68, and a woman aged 58 – sustained blast injuries and cuts from glass. Their condition is moderate; three required hospitalisation. Two further people – a 53-year-old man and a 75-year-old woman – suffered acute stress reactions and received medical assistance on site."

Later, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with drones again. Drone debris caught fire in the Osnovianskiy district, while two further UAV strikes were recorded in the Kholodnohirskiy district.

Two more people were injured in Kholodnohirskiy district as a result of the repeated strikes. The Oblast Military Administration reported that one person is in a serious condition. One of the strikes in the Kholodnohirskiy district also damaged a house and a pumping station, and a vehicle caught fire.

At 12:51, Terekhov reported that the seriously injured woman – the owner of the house struck by a Russian drone – had died. Police officers and medical personnel had attempted to resuscitate her for an hour but were unable to save her life.
