Details: The source said the new package includes restrictions against 60 entities supporting Russia's war effort. In particular, stricter export controls will be applied to them, primarily concerning dual-use goods.

Restrictions are also being imposed on 20 credit or financial institutions.

In addition, the sanctions package lays the groundwork for a future ban on maritime transportation of Russian oil. These steps are being coordinated with the G7 countries.

Another 46 vessels belonging to Russia's shadow fleet have also been added to the sanctions list.
