Putin says meeting with US representatives in Moscow was "necessary"
Russian leader Vladimir Putin has said that all the proposals put forward by the United States in its "peace plan" were based on agreements he reached with US President Donald Trump during their meeting in Alaska.

Quote from Putin: "I think it's too early to say, but this meeting was necessary [the meeting with US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner – ed.]."
Details: According to Putin, the American side divided the 27 points of Trump's plan into four separate packages and suggested discussing each one individually.
He said the proposals presented by the American side to Moscow were, in one way or another, based on the agreements Putin and Trump had made in Alaska.
The Kremlin leader added that Russia does not want to return to the G8.
