Proposed measure could make Vista a sanctuary city
VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Vista Councilmember Corinna Contreras is proposing a series of sanctuary city measures that will be discussed at a city council meeting on Tuesday evening.
Vista Mayor John Franklin joined Good Morning San Diego to explain why he opposes the measures and to encourage Vista residents to join the discussion.
