Police search for suspect in San Diego bank robbery
(FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego police are searching for a suspect who reportedly robbed a bank in Clairemont on Monday afternoon.
Police said the man entered a bank near the corner of Genesee and Balboa Avenues around 4 p.m. and handed a note to a teller.
That teller gave the suspect an unknown amount of cash and the suspect fled the business.
Police described the suspect as a man about 20 years of age, measuring 5 feet 8 inches. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a black hat, a hoodie and brown pants.
