Details: Sikorski said that Poland, together with Germany and Norway, announced support for Ukraine under the PURL initiative, which covers Kyiv's most urgent needs.
The three countries will allocate a total of US$500 million for these purposes, of which, as Sybiha stressed, US$100 million is Poland's contribution.
"One million dollars for every centimetre of Polish track blown up by Russian saboteurs," Sikorski said, referring to the recent sabotage attack on railway lines.
The funds will be used to procure missiles for Patriot air defence systems to protect Ukrainian cities and power stations.
