Playhouse competition in Escondido builds more than just structures for local families
San Diego Habitat for Humanity hosted its third annual Playhouse Competition, bringing together corporate teams, community members and volunteers to build and donate 14 playhouses to local families, childcare centers and military households, while raising over $100,000 to support affordable homeownership efforts.
