Part of Russia's Kursk Oblast left without power after attack
Three districts in Russia's Kursk Oblast have been left without electricity after a strike on a power substation on the evening of 3 November.

Quote: "An emergency power outage occurred in the town of Rylsk due to an enemy strike on a substation. Over 16,000 consumers in Rylsk as well as in the Glushkovsky and Korenevsky districts, which are supplied by the Rylsk substation, have been left without power."
Details: Khinshtein said that power engineers will soon begin work to restore the electricity supply.
