Owner of defunct San Marcos pet crematory pleads not guilty to felony grand theft
The owner of Angel Paws Pet Cremation, Christopher Settle, pleaded not guilty to one felony count of grand theft for allegedly defrauding customers of $4,700 after the business closed without warning and pet remains were found in a decomposed state.
