Officials to detail Gateway Arch National Park expansion into East St. Louis
Rep. Nikki Budzinski and Rep. Wesley Bell will discuss plans to expand the Gateway Arch National Park into East St. Louis, incorporating Malcolm Martin Memorial Park and adjacent vacant land, in order to connect the iconic St. Louis monument with the Illinois riverfront.
