Norwegian humanitarian base in Ukraine hit in Russian attack
A base run by Norwegian People's Aid, a humanitarian organisation involved in mine clearance in Ukraine, has been hit in a Russian attack.

Details: Raymond Johansen, Secretary General of Norwegian People's Aid, said no staff members had been injured in the incident, but vehicles and equipment sustained significant damage.
"This shows that Russia does not care whether the targets are civilians or vital efforts to protect civilian lives," he said.
The organisation stressed that humanitarian activities must not be targeted. It also emphasised that it is working to resume operations and to continue carrying out mine clearance across Ukraine.
