New Festus City Council faces data center lawsuit challenge
Four new Festus City Council members officially took office on Monday during the city’s regular council meeting. Cheers from residents opposed to a data center development greeted new members Karl Weekley, Allen McCarthy, Dan Moore, and Rick Belleville as they entered the city hall.
