Missing 4-year-old last seen in St. Louis County
NORTHWOODS, Mo. -- Police are searching for 4-year-old Jermani Allaya Flewellen, last seen around 3:15 p.m. Friday in the 3800 block of Lucas and Hunt Road in St. Louis County.
Jermani is Black, 3'6", 36 lbs., with black hair in braids with pink and white beads, and brown eyes. She was wearing a white T-shirt, pink Champion jogging pants, and white Nike Air Force Ones.
Police say her father, 24-year-old Lavell Flewellen, took her from daycare without permission and is not following court-ordered conditions. Lavell is, 5'5", 125 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of “Christina Flewellen” on his right arm.
