Meet San Diego FC players at SeaWorld San Diego

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Soccer fans will have the opportunity to meet San Diego FC players at SeaWorld San Diego this week during the theme park's first-ever meet-and-greet event with the club.

The meet-and-greet will take place Thursday, Sept. 4 from 3 to 5 p.m.

Guests will be able to meet members of the club and get signed players cards. Alternatively, they can bring their own SDFC merchandise for the players to sign.

Players who are expected to be at the event include defender Ian Pilcher, forward Anisse Saidi and forward Corey Baird. The attending players are subject to change based on availability.

Fans will also get the opportunity to take photos with the official SDFC FLOW, an emblem symbolized by the 18 lines in the club's crest which represents the communities of San Diego women into one. The FLOW is typically unleashed before kickoff at home matches at Snapdragon Stadium.

The fun doesn't stop there. SeaWorld San Diego's costumed characters, including O.P. Otter and Coral, will also be there to interact and take photos with fans.

The two-hour event comes with family-friendly activities for all to enjoy, including a bracelet-making station, face painting and more.

The SDFC meet-and-greet is included with park admission and will take place at The Waterfront.
