If you are a 21st century statesman, you must fathom the art of diplomatic nomenclature , to secure territorial interests, through tactical negotiations!

Thank you Gen MK, for resolving the Rwanda – Uganda dispute with a 4 year irony between 2018 – 2022, in just 7 hours, you put to extinction an impending war , that was destined to devastate the entire great lakes region.

If you understand the science of the military, you will build an army beyond configuring accessories, in rank and file, you will rather dismantle the enemy’s mass , in attainment of strategic victory !

Thank you Gen MK, founding father of the UPDF paratroopers, through operation lightning thunder, you destroyed all the rebel cells of the lords resistance army, from Paicho in acholi to Garamba in Congo, inducing a peaceful existence in Uganda.

If you profess the cardinal values of nicomachean ethics, as well taught by the great leaders lee Kuan yew, you will exercise transparency in managing state architecture, then you will lay a precious foundation, for a new welfare state !

Thank you Gen MK, for vigorously fighting corruption, without fear or favour , your grand title of SPA/ SPO continues to make wonders , in reclaiming the lost institutional integrity in some ministries, agencies and local government entities.
