Man wins $2M scratchers ticket from St. Louis Schnucks vending machine
RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. -- One Missouri Lottery player is celebrating a big win after winning a $2 million scratchers ticket from a Schnucks in Richmond Heights.
The man purchased the winning ticket from the grocery store's Missouri Lottery vending machine located at 6600 Clayton Road.
“He’s going to be able to provide for his kids in a way he never thought he would be able to,” the winner's friend said in a press release.
According to the Missouri Lottery, the ticket was won during the "200X Cash Blitz" game, which began in March, and players have already won over $18.5 million in prizes. Over $32.1 million remains in unclaimed prizes, including one more top prize of $2 million.
