Man shot, killed in overnight shooting in Dutchtown neighborhood
ST. LOUIS - A man was killed overnight Wednesday after a shooting in south St. Louis.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD), the shooting happened shortly after 4:40 a.m. on the 3600 block of Bingham in the city's Dutchtown neighborhood.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 44-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound inside of a crashed vehicle that had struck a parked car, SLMPD said. The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
