Man shot in University City, critically injured
UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. - An investigation is underway after a man was shot Saturday afternoon in University City. Police say the victim was rushed to a hospital with "life-threatening injuries."
The shooting occurred around 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the 6700 block of Julian Avenue.
When police arrived to the scene, they found one man with gunshot wounds. He was briefly treated at the scene, then rushed to a hospital.
It's unclear what led up to the shooting, and not suspects are in custody at this time.
