Man in his 60s fatally stabbed in Penrose neighborhood: Police
ST. LOUIS - The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) says its Homicide Unit is investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred in the Penrose neighborhood, leaving one man dead.
According to detectives, a man in his 60s was discovered with multiple stab wounds in the 4400 block of Sexauer Avenue shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Officials say the fatal stabbing was an isolated incident and they have identified a person of interest.
No further information about the victim, the alleged suspect, or the fatal stabbing has been made available by SLMPD, as they are currently investigating the case.
