Man charged with theft of $24K in merchandise from Crystal City smoke shop
A Jefferson County judge signed an arrest warrant for a Festus, Missouri, man accused of stealing tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise from a Crystal City smoke shop late last year.
