Loveland Reservoir levels cause concern for East County residents
Residents of Alpine, California are concerned that Loveland Reservoir is being drained again, which could severely impact recreation and firefighting resources, as the Sweetwater Authority is conducting controlled water transfers to provide safe and reliable water to their South Bay ratepayers.
