Kremlin responds to Zelenskyy decree allowing Victory Day parade in Moscow

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has commented on a decree by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy permitting a parade to be held in Moscow on 9 May Victory Day, a Russian holiday marking the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany in 1945.
