Kremlin responds to Zelenskyy decree allowing Victory Day parade in Moscow
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has commented on a decree by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy permitting a parade to be held in Moscow on 9 May Victory Day, a Russian holiday marking the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany in 1945.

Details: Peskov said Russians do not need anyone's permission and that "woe betide anyone who tries to joke about Victory Day".
