Katie's Pizza in Rock Hill to double size with new location

ROCK HILL, Mo. - Katie's Pizza and Pasta in Rock Hill is set to relocate within the same shopping plaza, expanding into a larger space (9500 Manchester) that was previously occupied by Momo and Bandana's.

The move will see Katie's Pizza double its building’s size, allowing for more seating capacity and kitchen space. The relocation is planned for early spring, with minimal disruption to business operations.

“We have a huge demand so we definitely need to expand,” says Kathleen Adams, General Manager of Katie’s Pizza and Pasta’s Rock Hill location. 

Katie's will also continue to expand upon what they call a “Chef’s Collective” of local chefs and chefs from California. They make sure that they continue to try new things with the menu and ensure that the ingredients and food are of high quality. They will continue to offer signature Neapolitan pizzas and pastas, along with larger sharable plates like the 24-ounce Ribeye Florentina.

In addition to the Rock Hill expansion, Adams also says that Katie's Pizza is planning to open a new location in Crestwood later this year.
