It's almost fall! Pumpkin patches open soon in San Diego County

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Good news for those looking forward to the fall season! Most pumpkin patches in San Diego County will already be open just ahead of the autumnal equinox on Sept. 22.
