ISP suffers four wrecks in 12 hours, two lead to hospitalization
Two Illinois State Troopers were hospitalized with serious injuries after four wrecks involving ISP occurred within 12 hours of each other on Tuesday, with all other drivers cited for move-over or "Scott's Law" violations.
